South Bend-Our loving mother Alice F. Osberger, 87, died peacefully after a brief illness, surrounded by her family, on June 30, 2016. The youngest of three children, she was born November 12, 1928 in St .Joseph, MO to DorothyByrne Flynn and Frank J. Flynn.
