Christian David Jack

SOUTH BEND-Christian "Kicker" David Jack passed away June 10, 2017. He was twenty-five years old.Christian was born October 22, 1991 in Rapid City, SD to David Allen and Kelly Dianne (Smith) Jack.Left to cherish his memory are his parents, David Jack of South Bend, IN and Kelly Jack of Westminster, CO; Brother, Nathanial Alan Jack of Westminster, CO; Sister Alexa Rae Jack of South Bend, IN; Maternal Grandmother, Yvonne S. Smith of South Bend, IN; and Paternal Grandmother, Rosalind M. Jack of Munster, IN; along with several loving Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.Christian loved life, beauty, and the outdoors. He never failed to be there when a friend needed him. He loved unconditionally and completely. He was the best of all of us.Visitation will be held Wednesday, June 14 from 9-11 a.m., with a service following at 11:00 a.m. at the McGann Hay, Granger Chapel, 13260 SR 23, enter off Cherry Rd.A celebration of Christian's life will take place at Izaak Walton Park, 20400 Darden Road at Noon following the service.In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the 10,000beds.org; a non-profit organization designed to reach out to individuals struggling with substance abuse.
