Dennis Michael Batten, 71, passed away January 31, 2019. He was born September 26, 1947 to the late Vernon and Esther (Kreps) Batten. He is survived by two siblings: Cheryl (Chris) McCarthy of South Bend and Terry (Marcia) Batten of Niles; and many loving nieces and nephews. Dennis was loving and kind to everyone he met and had a gift of making people smile. He was dearly loved and will be greatly missed.Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 1:00p.m., with visitation starting at 12:30p.m, at the McGann Hay, University Chapel, 2313 E. Edison Rd
