Eleanor Lea Kaufman

SOUTH BEND — Eleanor Lea Kaufman, 82, passed away peacefully, Sunday, Oct. 22nd at Memorial Hospital. She was born to Harry Louis Kaufman and Philma (Goldfracht) Kaufman in Danbury, Connecticut, on February 28, 1936.
Eleanor grew up in Brooklyn, New York and enjoyed a lively social life there. She worked as a dental assistant and also enjoyed her work in cosmetics sales. Eleanor loved bright colors, Walt Disney, and cheery decorations.
Funeral Service and burial for Eleanor will be at the graveside Thursday, Nov. 1st at noon at Rose Hill Cemetery, South Bend. She will be buried next to her son, Jeffrey Scott Richter, formerly of Rio Del Mar, CA.
