Jeffrey D. Davis

MISHAWAKA-Jeffrey Davis, 83, passed away peacefully September 30, 2022. Born March 14, 1939 in Chicago, IL, he was the son of the late Samuel and Ruth (Neboshik) Davis. On December 23, 2006, Jeff married the love of his life, Mary Lou Williams. She preceded him in death October 26, 2017. Left to cherish his memory are two sons, Ben (Francie Mallin) Davis of Granger and Michael (Christine Trainor) Davis of Leominster, MA; sister, Linda Davis of Albequrque, NM; five grandchildren: Judy and Mollie Davis of Granger, and Nicholas, Ronan, and Colleen Davis of Leominster, MA; and a nephew, Alex (Stephanie Weber) Castrounis of Chicago. Jeff was a loving and devoted family man. He was a practicing pharmacist for over 40 years, first in Chicago and later in the greater Scranton, PA area. He enjoyed reading, cooking, and exploring North America's natural wonders. He was always connected to the Jewish community wherever he lived and had made many friends over the years. He will be greatly missed. A private memorial service was held on Monday, October 3.
