Joseph Anthony Yorey

Joseph Anthony Yorey passed away on Thursday, May 4, 2023 at the age of 90. Joseph was born on March 16, 1933 in Jersey City, New Jersey to the late Louis Joseph and Mary (Tomasco) Yorey.

Joseph is survived by daughter, Elizabeth (Patrick) O’Hara of Massapequa Park, Long Island, New York and son, Joseph Louis Yorey of South Bend, Indiana.

Joseph was preceded in death by the love of his life, Margaret; and daughter, Anne Marie Yorey.

Joseph served his country in the Korean War.

Joseph was a member of the People of Praise Charismatic Community and Christ the King Catholic Church.

Visitation will be held at People of Praise Community Center at 53666 N. Ironwood Rd on Thursday May 11, 2023 at 7:30 pm.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated on Friday, May 12, at 1:00 p.m. at Christ the King Catholic Church, 52473 SR 933, South Bend, IN.

Entombment will take place at St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park in Granger at a later date.
