Joyce Ann (Saubert) Musick

Services: Private services to be held at a later date.Joyce Ann (Saubert) Musick, 80, passed away peacefully June 8, 2016, with her daughter by her side. She was born March 22, 1936 in Ingalls, IN, to the late John Wesley and Josephine Marie (Spall) Saubert.
On August 26, 1956, Joyce married Ronald Gene Musick. He preceded her in death in 1979. She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Bill and Gene Saubert.
Joyce is survived by three children, Loura “Lou” Musick of South Bend, Allen (Kelly) Musick of Ashland, VA, and Glenn (Nan) Musick of Elwood, IN; four grandchildren, Brandon, Natasha, Michael, and Jefferey; a great-grandson, Ronald Gibson; a daughter-in-law, Bernadine Musick; three loving sisters, Helen Dailey, Connie Stevens, and Bonnie Walter; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Joyce was a member of the Eastern Star Lodge and the American Legion, Post 469 in Frankton, IN. She was also a beautician for over 30 years and owned her own shop – the Carousel Beauty Shop in Frankton. She was a wonderful mother to her three children and was also known as “mom” to everyone who knew her. Joyce showed the same love and kindness to everyone she met that she showered on her own family. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
Per her request, cremation will take place with private services to be held at a later date.
