Judith “Judy” Koopman

Judy Koopman, age 69, of Cassopolis, passed away peacefully on October 30, 2018 at Elkhart General Hospital of a sudden illness. She was born in Vecses, Hungary to Zolton and Ilona (Vas) Tiser, Sr. on August 26, 1949. She was preceded in death by her father.Judy is survived by her mother, Ilona, of Cassopolis; one son: Ronald (Tammy) Beckwith of Centuria, WI; one daughter: Julie (Joseph) Pagels of Cassopolis; two brothers: Gabor and Zolton Tiser; and one sister, Ilona (Lutzy) Sari, all of Cassopolis. Judy was a loving grandmother to five grandchildren: Ronald Beckwith, III, Tony Beckwith, and Krystal Luther, all of Wisconsin; Amanda Walton, of Cassopolis, and Derrick Walton, of Utah. She also had two wonderful great-grandchildren: Colton Luther and Darien Bray. Judy was also aunt to two very special nieces: Lori Rogers and Susie Stalling, both of Texas.The family will be remembering Judy privately.The McGann-Hay Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements
