Lori J. Putnam, 45, passed into the arms of Jesus on August 27, 2016. Though she had been fighting an illness, her passing was unexpected.
She was born September 11, 1970 to Daniel and Jeanne (Sooy) Putnam. They survive in Pompano Beach, FL. Also left to cherish her memory are three beautiful children, Deneya and Deonte Putnam, and Lawrence Powell, all of Mishawaka; two brothers, David Daniel (Suzanne) Putnam of Fair Port, NY, and Brian Donald (Colette) Putnam of Pompano Beach, FL; and eight loving nieces and nephews.
Lori loved her children more than anything in the world and she was very protective of each of them. There was never a doubt that she would be there for anyone in her family or a friend, when they needed her. She loved dolphins, Tupac, and the Boston Celtics. She especially loved seeing the smiles of children (mostly her own) and babies. She left this world too soon, but her family is relieved knowing she is no longer in pain.
Funeral services will be held Friday, September 2, at 3PM at the McGann Hay, Granger Chapel, 13260 SR 23, enter off Cherry Rd., with Dr. Herb Buwalda officiating.
