Lutgardo Enrique Siguenza

Lutgardo Enrique Siguenza, 94, of South Bend, passed away on Friday May 27, 2022. He was born in Talnique, El Salvador, on June 16, 1927, to Aureliano and Isabel Siguenza.Surviving are his sister, Isabel Jakab; his children, Eduardo, Jaime, and Mario (Jeannie) and Laura Siguenza Membreno (Gilmar); grandchildren, Matthew Ivy, Maverick, Jarod, Madeleine, Simon and Salvador Siguenza.Quique as he was known, was a business man who enjoyed nature and spending time with family and friends, reading and writing poetry, music, and art. He modeled the importance of a strong relationship with the Lord. He joins his wife, Laura Corea Siguenza (2011) in heaven, and wanted his family to "forget-me-not". Quique spent much of his life in El Salvador and traveled the world as a member of the Lion’s Club.The family thanks staff at Wellbrook, Memorial and Hospice for helping with his peaceful transition.Memorial services will be held at 10 AM Friday at St. Casimir’s Parish, where a Rosary will be held at 9:30 AM.
