Our precious gift from God, Margot Ann Witous, went into the arms of Jesus on January 24, 2021, at the age of 2 months and 12 days. She wasn't here on the earth long enough, but we were given more time than we expected and feel blessed to have had that cherished time with her.Margot was born in Mishawaka, IN on November 12, 2020 to Michael John William and Jessica Marie (Juday) Witous. She will also be dearly missed by her brother, Michael John Paul Witous; paternal grandparents, Mike "Sir" and Sheila "Bammaw" Witous of Cassopolis; maternal grandfather, Earl "Grandpa" Juday of Rhode Island; and many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins. Her maternal grandmother, Jeanette Juday, preceded her in death.Margot was truly a gift from God. In her little time here, she showed us so much love. She had wonderful facial expressions and knew how to express both happiness and frustration. She had a strong and feisty personality, which only helped her through her journey. We will miss watching the bond that was forming between Margot and her brother, Michael. Knowing that she is in the comfort of our Holy Mother Mary's presence, gives us the strength to get through this difficult time. Sleep in heavenly peace, baby girl.A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, February 1 at 10:30 a.m., at St. Pius X Catholic Church. Visitation will be held in the church one hour prior to Mass. She will be laid to rest at Cedar Grove Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation in Margot's name to any of these organizations that mean so much to us and Margot's story: Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center NICU Project (https://www.sjmedgiving.com/donate); or to Center for Hospice Care, Mishawaka (https://foundationforhospice.org/donate/) To send private condolences, please visit www.McGannHay.com
