Nila Ann (Gregory) Wise

Nila Ann Wise passed away surrounded by her loving family at Memorial Hospital on August 6, 2024, just 2 days before her 83rd birthday. Nila was born in Gilead, Indiana to the late Harry Gregory and Rosie (Moore) Marburger on August 8, 1941.

Nila is survived by her husband of 54 years, John; sons, Donald (Chris) Blosser, John (Liana) Wise and James (Gina) Wise; daughters, Lesley (Brian) Niece and Windy (Ed) Hartzburge; 7 grandchildren: Abby, Alex, Emily, Grace, Johnathon, Pasquale and Ava; 4 great-grandchildren; 7 nephews; and 5 nieces.

Nila was preceded in death by her son, Carl; sister, Arlene; and brother, Dean.

Nila enjoyed spending time with her family and traveling.

Visitation for Nila will be from 11-1 on Friday, August 9, 2024 at the McGann Hay, Granger Chapel, 13260 SR 23, entrance is off Cherry Rd, with Funeral Services beginning at 1p.m.

Burial will take place at St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park.

Donations may be made in Nila’s name to Pet Refuge of St. Joseph County.
