Patricia Reinke

SOUTH BEND- Patricia Reinke, 71, passed away Friday, July 16, 2021 at Memorial Hospital.Born October 31, 1949, she was the daughter of the late Harold and Julia Reinke.Patricia worked for her family’s business up until 1999, Reinke Construction. She then worked at Atlas Restaurant Supply until her retirement in December of 2020. Patricia loved spending time with her family. She had a very special relationship with her nephew and niece, Justin and Giselle; and brother, Harold. She greatly cherished all of the time she got to spend with her great nieces, Olivia and Aubrey; and Justin’s wife, Ashlie. She was always the biggest fan at all of Justin, Giselle and Olivia’s sporting events.She loved being up at Indian Lake throughout her lifetime at the family’s lake house. She would spend countless hours sitting outside relaxing on the lakeside. She loved all of her neighbors and friends on the lake.She had a passion for baking and cooking, and had some of the best personal signature recipes. She also had a great love for animals and had many great years with her beloved dog, Roxy. Patricia is survived by her brother, Harold (Gloria) Reinke; nephew, Justin (Ashlie) Reinke; niece, Giselle Reinke; great-nieces, Olivia and Aubrey Reinke; and her stepdaughter, Lisa.Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 20, from 10:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m., with the funeral service starting at Noon, at the McGann Hay, University Chapel, 2313 Edison Rd., near Ironwood.
