Patricia Ann Richard

MISHAWAKA - Patricia Ann Richard, went to be with the Lord on November 22, 2019 at her home at the Waterford on Edison Lakes in Mishawaka, Indiana. She was born on August 21st, 1937 in Waukesha, WI to Vincent Conboy and Mae Conboy. She grew up in Waukesha, WI and graduated from Catholic Memorial High School. She lived many years in the Largo/Clearwater area in Florida until she moved to be with her daughter Lori (Lou) Giovannini and family in Mishawaka, Indiana.Patricia married Bob Houlihan in Waukesha, WI on December 1st, 1956. and they had four children and nine grandchildren who she adored very much: Melissa Carlson, Patrick Mina, Anthony Mina, Shannon Hayden, Shawn Kiefl, Emily Giovannini, Vince Giovannini, Pierino Giovannini and Hannah Imamudeen. Aside from her grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren, she is survived by three of her children: Rory Houlihan, Lori Giovannini and Judy Imamudeen.She now is at peace with her daughter, Julie Mina, her husband and parents, as well as her sister, Mary Hammond.She was a dedicated Hospice worker and a devout Catholic attending St. Pius X Catholic Church and services at the Waterford as often as possible. As an avid football fan, she lived for this time of the year. When she wasn't rooting for her football teams or saying the rosary, she had her nose in a mystery novel. Anyone who met her, was touched by her sweet and caring nature, as it was a guarantee that she was praying for you.A visitation and funeral service will be held on Friday December 13th at St. Pius X Catholic Church, 52553 Fir Road, Granger, Indiana. The Holy Rosary will be prayed at 9am. Followed by a visitation that will begin at 9:30am and a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30am, Msgr. William Schooler, officiating, followed by a luncheon. Please join us to celebrate this amazing woman's life.
