Patricia “Patti” Schermerhorn

Granger- Patricia "Patti" Schermerhorn, 85, passed away August 11, 2021. Born January 14, 1936, she was the daughter of the late William and Josephine (Sullivan) Taylor. She has two living brothers, William Taylor (Wisconsin) and Thomas Taylor (France).On June 8, 1957, she married the love of her life, Robert Schermerhorn. He passed away in September of 2020. She is also survived by three children: Robert G. (Marcy)Schermerhorn, Jr. of PA, Patricia Jo (David) O'Malley of WA and James "Jamie" Schermerhorn of Granger; three grandchildren, Brittany, Megan and Taylor; and two great grandchildren, Rosemary "Rosie" and Henry Joost.Patti was a loving and devoted wife and mother. She proudly served as a cub scout leader, 4-H teacher, along with several organizations; Red Hat, PHI DELTA sorority, Finance Group and Bridge groups. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, Gardening, Sewing, Scrapbooking & Card Making.
