Roy L. Heater

January 7, 1938 — April 2, 2022

SOUTH BEND-Roy Heater went home to live with the Lord Saturday, April 2. Roy is survived by R. Sharon Heater, his wife of 58 years; and 2 daughters, Dawn M. Forsythe of Granger and Debra M. Tiede-Schroeder of Summertown, Tn. Roy has 4 grandchildren, Thomas Forsythe (22), Christian Forsythe (20), Jerod Tiede (22), Taylor Tiede (19); and 1 great-grandson, Cayde Forsythe (7 months).
Roy was a US Army Korean War veteran and a United States patriot. His strength, resilience, and steadfast dedication to his family and the Lord will live on in his children and grandchildren. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.
