Ruth Marie Kennedy

Ruth Marie Kennedy, 81, of Plymouth, formerly of South Bend, passed away peacefully May 10, 2017.She was born January 5, 1936 to the late Louis and Edith (Hartman) Weissert.On February 21, 1991, Ruth married William C. Kennedy. He survives. Also left to cherish her memory are two children, Lori Conley (Tim) Glore of Plymouth and Jerry (Kathy) Neidigh of Schaumburg, IL; 6 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.Ruth spent her life helping people. She worked at the 4D Restaurant, Millers Merry Manor and Koala Center where she always wanted to help other people. Ruth loved music and sang in her church choir. Ruth played the trumpet in her high school band.Ruth graduated from Tippecanoe High School in 1954.Cremation will take place with no services at this time.
